The property is completely secluded and is surrounded by it's own olive groves, the nearest house being  about 700 mts. The local shops are at the bottom of the hill about away 3km distance, and the main Lucca/Pisa highway about a further km.
The charming garden has rose and flower beds, good lawns and shady trees. The fully tiled swimming pool measures 11x5 m and is reached by a small flight of steps from the main house. The views from the pool are spectacular.

From the living room there is a patio equipped for eating al fresco with outdoor furniture and a bread and pizza oven.
