Villa La Rocca is approached through beautiful Tuscan countryside with old stone farmhouses, olive groves and vineyards; the last stretch is a short drive along the villa's private track. Although the villa is completely private - it is set in 10 acres of olive groves- it is only a few minutes drive to local shops and restaurants, and 10 mins from Lucca.

The villa sleeps 8 people in 3 double and 2 single bedrooms. There are three modern bathrooms. Outside the large country kitchen/dining room is a shaded terrace, with a bar b q and dining area, for al fresco meals on those balmy Tuscan evenings. The kitchen has all modern conveniences.

The swimming pool at La Rocca is in surrounded by olive trees on a terrace above the house with stunning views towards Lucca and the Pisan hills behind. It enjoys sun throughout the day. The pool is 12 meters by 6 meters and has a diving board.
