Spread over 3000 sq.ft. on two floors, Villa Al Bastini has spacious rooms with high chestnut-beamed ceilings on the upper floor which accommodate most of the common living areas, including a large air-conditioned living room with satellite television, VCR (video tapes for children), DVD and stereo system( with large CD library). There is a large fully-equipped kitchen with access to the outside barbecue and covered terraces, a dining room and a master bedroom with handmade

The house is fully equipped with all the amenities to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing stay in any season. There are independently controlled air conditioning units in each bedroom and wood burning stoves, fireplaces and central heating for winter. For those who need to keep in touch there is a fax and a computer connected to the internet.

Downstairs you will find the original entry hall, off of which there is a billiards room with a three quarter size snooker table and a cosy fireplace for off-season entertaining. There are two double  and one single bedrooms on this floor - one with queen-sized bed and  its own en-suite bathroom with shower and one with a standard double sized bed and a separate access to an outside covered terrace. This latter room and the single share the fourth bathroom, which has a bath with shower. The outside covered terrace is equipped with a table tennis table.
